There will be some winter weather in the forecast. Areas of the Northeast are likely to see the most snow, but some will come through Virginia and Maryland. Below are the 2 morning runs of the most popular models. Snow will likely fall North of the red line. (NAM top, GFS Bottom)
Based on the models a general 1 to 3 inches appears possible for the Northern VA and Maryland region with 3 - 5 inches for PA, DE, and NJ.If the NAM (Top Model) verifies, 4 to 8 inches would be possible further Northeast.. I will watch.
Early afternoon quick look at weather may occur if dramatic changes appear.
